Auto-Purge Enforcement
- Inactive cases purge after configurable retention (default 60 days).
- Subscription cancellation triggers a countdown and final purge.
- Client links auto-delete immediately after submission unless reopened.
No IRS API / Transcript Pulling
- We never log in to IRS systems on your behalf.
- No connection to third-party transcript tools or e-services.
- You control every piece of data entered.
Session & IP controls
Trials, discounts, and client links are tied to IP/device fingerprints to prevent abuse. If a user hits the limit, they see a locked message—no manual support ticket required.
- 3-day trials limited to one per IP/device
- Client links expire automatically and can’t be reactivated by clients
- Admins in the Firm tier can review access logs and revoke seats
Admin alerts include:
- Max users reached messages
- Expired trial attempts
- Link resubmission attempts
